Vacation house Cavtat villa is located in a quiet part of old town Cavtat,
Just few steps to get to the beaches, shops, coffe bars & restaurants. Located in heart of Old town Cavtat(Center of Cavtat )and main beachs in Cavtat,
Its an easy 100m stroll down to beach and bustling fishing village of Cavtat with its many bars and restaurants is also very close by. From here jump on a bus ,into a cab,

or water taxy to get Dubrovnik in about 20 min. There are also one more villa at same entrance so its ideal for families or group of friends. The rooms are comfortable, newly decorated and enjoys a large sash open windows with beautiful garden view .
**Master bedroom has a large queen size bed with bedside tables, crib is always available too, wardrobe & dresser,
**Second bedroom is with 2 twin beds ,which can be joined together to be a big bed.There is also bedside tables,dresser and one extra bed for 1 more person.
*Bathroom 1 is with walk in shower.
*Bathroom 2 is Wc with washing machine. Both bedrooms have air condition.
**Kitchen is fully equipeded with dishwasher,Fridge complete with water filter and ice maker,few tipes of coffe makers...
**Dining room is equiped with big table and 6 chairs.
**Living room is with big modern couch ,LCD tv with full HD. Private parking ensured. Info basket with maps, guides and all informations about Cavtat and Dubrovnik area. Additional services:
Transport from/to the airport, main bus station & main port can be arranged. Benefitting from being in central Cavtat ,outside the property is a good sized terrace with some shady spots ,ideal toseetle down for a quiet read. There is also a barbecue for guests to use. All linen is included with exception of beach towels ,which guests should either bring with them or purchase locally. Final cleaning are also included in price. The Racic Mausoleum is just a couple of steps from our villa while the Church of Saint Nikola is 220 yards away. A pebbly beach called Kljucice is 100 yards away, as well as a children's playground. Rocky and stone paved beaches can be found all around. Diving center Epidaurus is 265 yards away. A bus stop can be found 220 yards from our villa Dubrovnik Airport is 5 miles away. Dubrovnik is 11 miles away, and can be reached by bus or boat.
