We have now opened for reservations in 2025.
You can find us at booking and airbnb under the same name: Sea Cottage and connect with us directly here for lower price and discount if you rent 10 days or more.
We are located in Drage, next to Pakostane, 8 km from Biograd na moru.
We are 20 meters from the sea and have 2 apartments: one for 2+1 on the ground floor and one for 4 on the upper floor with exquisite view to the sea and Kornate archipelago. Each apartment is alone on its floor, with its own entrance, terrace and privacy.
There is a garage under the house for each apartment.

I was contacted today by people in a Czech group where my house was offered by a fake profile and with fake address, supposedly in Pakostane. A scam. Someone stole the pictures from the public platforms and is taking victims. I do not know if anyone sent money to the scammer, I hope people were sensible.
Here is how you can protect yourself:
As a Sea Cottage/Croatia we are on booking.com, airbnb with the same name, we have FB and IG pages, where everyone can get in touch with us. I personally answer everywhere.
We also have a lot of reviews on these platforms. There is also a site of local tourist association where we have name and address with the registration, i.e. legal renter.

If in doubt, you should ask for this link. At the end, our prices at high season are around 100+ EUR, not 80 EUR for 4-5 people as the scammer claimed. It is not realistic for such a property…

We take only 20% deposit at reservation. Most of our guests are returning guests and they know me personally. They usually reserve 6-10 months in advance. The new ones come via booking.com.
We are almost fully booked for this year, I have only 2 days available in August. Be realistic, use all of this channels for information prudently in order to not be scammed.
