Are you an athlete? Maybe you just like to get some workout routines now and then? We got that covered for you as well! A punching bag, TRX, kettlebells, all of it on mats with a TV and a speaker to put yourself in the mood! ;)

In case you are wondering what that is in the back of the small gym - it's a sauna! Yes you heard that right, a sauna. Perfect for cleansing your body and mind it's just waiting to give you all it's got. And it's basically right next to the pool for those that like quick temperature changes ;)

You don't fancy going out to too many restaurants? You love to cook by yourself and enjoy every minute of it?
We made sure that you can do just that! A fully equipped, modern kitchen is at your disposal for everyday use.
There is also a kitchenette in the master bedroom for those that like to keep their food to themselves. ;)

Maybe you consider yourself a grill master? You like the smell of burning wood and your mouth waters at the simple thought of burgers and čevapi in front of you? Or maybe you would just like to cook outside of the main house so the smell of cooking wouldn't bother you while watching TV? We have some good news for you! A spacious grill room, together with everything you can find in any other kitchen, including an ice maker - is waiting for you to get your hands busy! :D
It is also equipped with a table football (table soccer) to compare your skills.

The living room is open and lets you all spend time together, be it around the table or on the couch!

In case you were wondering where the pool was and what it looks like, let us show you what's waiting for you!

The backyard and the house surroundings are very spacious and offer you plenty of room to enjoy your time.
The balcony has a beautiful view coupled with a calming aura, perfect for an afternoon read or a small dinner!

The pool is equipped with a couple of whirlpools for even deeper relaxation. You can also enjoy some midnight swimming as everything can be lighted up! :)
There are also two showers and some sun loungers waiting for you.

Let's start with history!

The villa was originally built in 1927 by a wealthy family Popov family!
You may not have heard that name, but we're certain you heard the name of JAMES BOND.

Let's clarify. The middle son of the couple that built this house was Dušan Popov, a world war 2 double (or some would say triple) agent, also known by the code names "Trycicle" (MI6), "Ivan" (Abwehr) and "Duško" (Yugoslav intelligence service).
Dušan was one of Ian Fleming's inspirations for the character of James Bond! He led a lavish lifestyle, and enjoyed the company of women even during his undercover operations. His role in the war was quite a significant one, but going in detail would take too much from this post, as there have even been movies produced about him, such as "The real life James Bond: Dusko Popov", all of which you can check out yourself! :)

Some parts of that old villa still remain in it today! The look and the walls of the main house haven't been modified in any way. As soon as you arrive to the villa you'll notice the stone wall and beautiful white door which will greet you as you enter your dream vacation, you will slowly climb up the stone steps surrounded by a lovely garden and reach the main house. When you manage to catch your breath you will open the door and notice the old stairwell climbing up - the same stairwell young Dušan Popov climbed in his days. So, how would you like to walk the same steps real life James Bond walked so many years ago?

This freshly renovated villa, situated in Dubrovnik city center will amaze you and make your holiday pure perfection. You will enjoy the tranquility it offers and will be just 10 minutes away from the entrance to the Old Town of Dubrovnik and all the beauty it represents.
Everything you might need is in near proximity to this location: general goods store is just at the end of the street, you have a number of restaurants including all kinds of cuisine such as sushi, meat and fish dishes nearby, the bus station is located just a few minutes away - the same as the pharmacy, post office, bank, ATMs and a number of coffee bars and shops. Even the cinema isn't too far away.
If you are looking for beaches, you won't have to go far - less than 10 minutes by foot through a beautiful promenade on one side, and a few minutes more in the other direction. For boat lovers, a marina where you can enjoy the sight of different yachts and sailboats while taking pleasure in your morning coffee or a beautiful meal is right down the road!

If you are, by any chance, a fan of Game of Thrones or Star Wars then we have a small surprise for you - just ask the owner about it ;)

It may not seem like it, but this villa was built back in 1927. and has some interesting history, about which you can read in our other posts! It received a full makeover, finishing in 2019. and is now a fully equipped modern oasis for anyone looking for a bit of privacy in an otherwise crowded summer destination.

As you can see in the pictures, it offers you a spacious area to spend your vacation days. You can enjoy your mornings on the terrace overlooking the garden, or take an early swim in the pool. For those active in sports - you don't need to go looking for a gym farther than your backyard and for those colder days there is also a sauna available to you.
