One of the things we love about travelling is food and wine. We love trying new dishes, discoverning new ingredients, new flavors.
When I (Isabelle) first arrived in Dubrovnik, I was searching for a Patisserie, challenging. I stumbled upon a small homemade cake shop in Gruz, called Ana. I tried the Samoborska kremšnita - named as well krempita. It was simply delicious! It is now my favorite dessert and I always recommend our guests to try it.
Today I am reading that Samoborska kremšnita was awarded intangible cultural good status. Wow!!!
We do not know yet when you will be able to taste it here, in Croatia, but if you are fancy it, why not trying to bake it at home following the recipe posted by the city of Samobor on their youtube channel? 😉🇭🇷
