ere are two parking spaces in front of the house but we can also provide free street parking if needed. There is a Mediterranean garden next to the house where guest can pick up some of the home grown organic vegetables on daily bases (depending on season). The guests are welcomed with home made walnut or cherry rakija (brandy), and a welcome set which includes tea. The whole property is green/eco oriented as we try our best to take care of our environment as much as possible. The house has energy certificate A and we use solar panels to be as efficient with electricity as we can. We also encourage our guests to be mindful of the environment. The location is very practical as the property is located half way between the Old town and the major beaches of Lapad area.
