"Villa Marija" due to its characteristics is ideal for a relaxing and peaceful stay. It is located only 400 m from the sea in the village of Fazana, which is known for its port, where excursions to the Brijuni islands are organised, as well as for its beaches, promenades, forests and restaurants. "Villa Marija" can comfortably accommodate 8 people and has plenty of space both inside and outside. A

ll of the four double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, there are a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, a sauna room and a convenient laundry room. The entire villa is fully furnished and decorated with accuracy. It is equipped with every comfort, it is fully air-conditioned and there is WiFi internet. The large fanced garden is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a swimming pool, sun loungers, table tennis and play facilities for children. Included, you will also find four bikes, ideal for exploring the small town of Fazana and the surrounding area. Indoor area: 230 m²

Project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
