The apartment is situated 10m from the sea,
in a small place of Gdinj, Srhov Dolac Bay on the south side of one of the most beautiful islands on the Adriatic coast - the island of Hvar.The Modern apartment Analea is spacious and perfectly furnished apartment with an amazing sea view and a small private beach. The apartment is situated in one of the many bays on the south coast of the island Hvar,
near the village of Gdinj, 45 min drive from the city of Hvar.
- This type of accommodation is "Robinson Crusoe style" which means it is situated at a location that is not easily accessible. The infrastructure of this kind of facilities is usually very basic, but in return, peace, nature and clean sea are guaranteed.
- Electric energy (220VAC) is obtained from the sun by conversion via solar panels and is stored in high capacity batteries, therefore, we would appreciate not using the big ‟wasters of energy‟ like electric grills (there is a shared grill in the yard, so you won't need such thing). Hot water is also provided via solar collectors.
- Water must be used rationally and all necessities must be bought prior to arrival since the nearest store is 4500m away. Water is obtained from the rainfall.
- Gas stove and Gas oven are available as well a dishwasher.
- As the house is divided into several accommodation units, other guests will most likely be present during your stay. The owners will reside in the house in the nearby village during your stay.
- We expect the guests to enjoy the apartment and nature. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed and we ask you to be extremely careful with fire (there is a high risk of fire on the island).
- Access: By car or boat. Distance to which you can approach with a car: 20m - with a boat: 80m. Gravel road: 4500m.
- The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.
- Any breakages/ damages or faults have to be reported to us ASAP.
- We expect the house and room to be treated with respect and care.
- The apartment should be left in an acceptable state at check out.
