This is a ground floor house in the second row of houses from the sea. Guests enjoy it entirely with yard, pool and all amenities, have complete privacy and don't share it with host or other guests. Street that divides the house from the first row of houses is very peaceful and the traffic is rare. It has 3 bedrooms (3 double beds and one single bed) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom while two other rooms share second bathroom. Also there are kitchen equipped with all usual appliances (dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee maker, blender, etc.), dining room and a living room with big TV.
In the fenced front yard with a nice view to the sea there is a terrace with dining table and chairs, barbecue grill, swimming pool, flowers... Also there are two parking places behind the house.
The house is located in a peaceful part of Hvar and to reach centre of the town takes about 15 - 20 minutes of a relaxed walk along the coastline.
House is equipped with washing machine, hair dryers, iron...., and is entirely air conditioned (air condition in each bedroom and in living room/dining room space).
It can host 7 people.
