Casa Pandula Studio

Studio Pandula is old stone house completely refurbrished in 2021. It is located in center of Komiža, settlement where the fishing on the eastern side of the Adriatic Sea was born. Komiza has always been proud of the fisherman’s history, whose remains can be found in the Fisherman’s museum located in the old Venetian tower (Komuna) next to our apartment. Wishing to honor this tradition we named our place after old seamen’s tool pandula (monkey fist knot).

Wishing to honor thistradition we named our place after old seamen’s tool - pandula (knot).

Behind Dolce Vita gathering area is organised around open fire BBQ - table with chairs for al fresco dinning surrounded by mediterranean garden. Some of the garden is perfect for sitting on the bench enjoying the flowers and the view. Fitness is not forgotten in Doce Vita - enjoy outdoor excescise ara.

Total surface of the La Dolce Vita is around 330 sqm. The land plot spreads on to 1.500m2, in the front are shaded parking lots and garage for 2 cars.
