Newly renovated, 400 years old, extremely private villa with many activities

This 400 year old house is renovated in stylish private villa with 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. (3 bedroom in the main house, and 1 extra within gym, but also with bathroom, air/condition, even sauna...) Villa has a sea view over the mountain. Villa is set on 2 floors. On the ground floor is the oldest part of

the house, around 4 century old. There is a living room, kitchen and a old traditional dining place with barbecue. On the ground floor is a extra toilet. On the upper floor are situated 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms. There are also front and back terraces so you can adjust depending of sun position. There is 1000 m2 of backyard at guests disposal, including:

Swimming pool is 48 m2, 12 x 4 meters. 2 x 2 meters are children pool with 40 cm depth, 2 x 2 meters are stairs for entering pool and the rest of 10 x 4 meters is depth of 1.30 meters, ideal for swimming pool volleyball (ball and net is provided) :)

whirlpool bath is set on the top of the property over-viewing all Konavle region and sea over the mountain...

Gym and finish sauna are in the extra room which has additional bathroom with shower, as well as extra bed for extra persons...

Playground is available for multiple sports (table tennis, soccer, foot tennis, volleyball) . There is also children playground...

Dominant part of backyard is big old dining table with barbecue and summer kitchen. Villa has 100% privacy as there is no neighbours, only forest (bottom house on the pictures is ours but no one living there, west side house is covered with our house)
