This year, Pašareta - an authentic Istrian drink, one of Istrians simbols - celebrates 100 years!

It have been continuously made by the same family from 1924.
They never paid any ad for it.

In the time of World War II, the family didn't have a possibility to buy the needed sirups, so they started to make their own.

Pašareta is a mix of sugar, water and agrumes with some secrets flavors.

If you haven't yet, you must try it when you are in Istria or Kvarner.
