* PET � POLICIES:
There is a €10 charge per pet per night & one time €30 cleaning fee only for the guests with pets payable upon arrival. Cats & shedding dog breeds are NOT allowed on top of bed, sofa, couch, chairs, or inside the bedroom or bathroom. Please BRING their favorite bed, blanket, bowls, toys, leash, poop-bags and whatever your pet is custom to. Pets are NOT allowed to be left alone anywhere at the rental property at any time. Pets are ALLOWED on the beach underneath with your supervision and on the leash or without the leash only right next to you if well trained and not bothering others. Please ‘pick-up’ after your pet everywhere! Thank you :)

GREAT to take active walks along the sea following the beach-walk with boat noise included. EXCELLENT location to explore the extended area driving. NOT SUITABLE if having difficulties climbing stairs! May get challenging or annoying for those bothered walking stairs & stairs path to their car! Private parking off the street under the garden tree shade is 235m away. Street parking is 150m away. INCONVENIENT if looking for late night life, fancy night clubs or party hard!
¡¿COVID?! The apartment is completely separated with private door entrance coming from porch & private balcony/terrace. The beach underneath usually is not overcrowded specially in the mornings. Quiet residential NEIGHBORHOOD located along a Kvarner Bay (Gulf) on the south end of peninsula 'Oštro' which is mostly a tourist zone at his other parts including seafront promenade, auto-camp-mini-market-kiosk (Apr till Oct), ice cream shop, bar & grill, beach bar, fast food, bistro, restaurant & more... all walking distance open long hours everyday in high season but in preseason & postseason opening/working hours vary depending on weather & timing! KRALJEVICA - Porto Re - King’s Cove � known since 13th century is historic easygoing not-overcrowded tourist place including two medieval castles and a church of the Croatian nobles Zrinski and Frankopan.
