ultural land, valuable forests and excellent landscape values the area of the Municipality of Ližnjan represents one of the last oasis of untouched nature and traditional rural world. If you like to take a rest in silence and away from traffic, but be close to entertainment offered by the nearby tourist center, you are in the right place. You can enjoy in clear water, rocky beaches, hiking trails, cycling tracks and a beautiful wine tavern and restaurants. Ližnjan is surrounded by the sea on the south and east and its 28 km long indented and virgin coastline, full of wild and beautiful beaches. There is a nice beach in Ližnjan, with all the accompanying facilities very close to the center. Marlera peninsula and the homonimous beach facing southward are the most popular places of Liznjan. Close to Ližnjan there is the island of Levan, with its beautiful sandy beach, a real attraction for those desiring adventure.

This comfortable apartment situated at the ground floor and it is ideal for family or group up to 4 persons. Very well furnished and fully equipped, with total living area of 35 m2.
Own terrace with sitting area, common garden with swimming pool and grill equipment makes this apartments an perfect choice for vacation.
This apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, completely equipped kitchen with dining area and all necessary cooking facilities. In the living room is comfortable sofa where can sleep two more persons. Bathrooms is with a shower and toilet. Washing machine is possible by request.
Apartment is equipped with satellite television, free wi-fi and air condition, own parking space. Your pets are welcome too (upon previous request, extra charge by owner 5 eur/day).
In the same house there are also two another suites, so if you are a larger group please feel free to make an inquiry, we will try to accommodate you in the same house.
