LOCATION: Room Anka is situated in the centre of Lovran, in an old 2-floors villa. Very close to the fabulous Lovran Old Town, supermarket, cafés, restaurants. To the sea, coastal path Lungo Mare and first beaches / swimming spots: 350 m. FACILITIES:

n there is a space for guests to relax, under cherry, apple and fig tree, sun umbrella as well. We don´t serve breakfast, but you´ll have the possibility to make a coffee or tea in the hallway with a filter-coffee machine. The supermarket or bakery are 1 min walk nearby. Bed linens, bath towels & essential toiletries like soap and toilet paper are provided. Bath towels changable daily if you like or every 3 days. Use of the refridgerator is possible in the hallway. AIR CONDITION: Please note there is no (cooling) air conditioning. NUMBER OF PERSONS: The room, situated in an old villa, is suitable for 1-2 persons. It is at the end of the apartment, so you´ll have full privacy. There are two hallways separating it from the rest of the apartment. IMPORTANT IF ALLERGIC: At the property there are two cats. THE VIEW: The room doesn´t have a beautiful seaview, but you´ll have a view to the garden full of flowers and fruits (depends when you come)

PRICE: from 52 € per night (means 26€ per person), minimum stay 4 nights. (sojourn tax and VAT is included)
