Or perhaps, you will simply stay in the shade and enjoy a day of peace and quiet of our property and this tiny village in the heart of Istria.

Looong time no posting…. the thing is, Pruga is enjoying these long, super hot days… this was a rare moment the day before yesterday when we jumped into the pool just before new guests arrived and I took these 360 views around our pool… too bad Instagram cannot capture smells… 🌿🌸☀️

Today is one od those days… 10 minutes of rain, then some sunshine then rain again… and the smells, one of the best things about Pruga are amazing… as one guest put it recently “I particularly liked swimming in the pool with the air filled with the sweet scent from the lavander and fig tree.” This is that corner…

That post in the season that I like the least 🍂 It is still warm and lovely but summer is definitely saying “that’s it for this year”! What makes up for the sad feeling is the one plum tree that managed to produce fruit 💜 The others succumbed to the heat and drought… Plum jam session today!
