This post is because often we get asked if the group renting our Villa will be the only ones on the pool and patio around the grill area. YES!! Villa Paolo is only been rented to one group, yours! This is the info we have on Booking.com

Villa Paolo is for rent only to one group or family up to 12 guests. Owners don't live on the property. Villa has large yard and is fenced in with the private driveway and with the gate. The driveway is used by Villa Paolo and Villa Ribica only. Villa Paolo has a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea with Islands Hvar and Brac, as well as Biokovo mountain. The Olive garden is right in the front of the house. The house has large garage in the basement, with the gym and place for playing foosball and ping pong. In the garage we have electric car charger powered by solar power. On the first flat, there is a three bedroom apartment, with full size kitchen and living room, which connects to the pool area and large patio with grill, large table with chairs, and lounges. The second flat has another three bedroom apartment with balcony and sea and mountain views. Also has full size kitchen and comfortable living room. There is more outside parking on the property. Our Villa is well suited for large family where you will feel like at your home.
Senia and Marin build this house in 2014. We live in California but spend summers in Croatia. A friendly host Meri will make sure she welcomes you in our home and explains everything around the house. She will also be your point of contact in case you need anything. In early morning you may meet Damir, he is Villa Paolo's "right hand" on making sure the pool is christal clear and if you notice anything broken or lose, he will make sure to fix it. We also have a professional cleaning crew that cleans the whole Villa before you come and after you leave. In case you need additional touch/help, the cleaning crew can be called for additional charge.
Villa Paolo has an Olive Garden facing south. There are other houses/ villas looking at the east and west. New apartment buildings are in construction facing south/west about 100m from the Villa Paolo.
Private driveway is shared with Villa Ribica only, and the whole front yard is fenced in, in case you bring your furry friend. The supermarket is just 5-10 min walking distance, but it's down the hill, so we recommend the car for heavy groceries. The beach is about 1.5 km down the hill. There is a free shuttle to take you to a restaurant Panorama with the most beautiful views you can imagine. You don't have to worry about designated driver. We're about 5-7 min drive to the center of the Makarska town. We are 80 min drive from the Kastela airport.

Villa Paolo got its name after our oldest son Paolo. You may see him at the property because he likes to help around. You may even see him this summer. Paolo will turn 26 years on November 29.

One of the best sunsets for a view from Villa Paolo. It’s very peaceful.
It’s almost time to pick olives, but the weather is still pretty warm. Beach is still well visited and some people still swimming in the sea.

Google maps totally wrong!! It takes 2 minutes to get from Crodux gas station to Villa Paolo . Dear guest don't turn Right on Zadarska street, you will hit the south wall of our garden. Instead, continue driving up the hill and about 100 meter after Konzum supermarket take Right turn on Požare. Drive another 200 meters, and turn Right on the long narrow driveway, which is right under the yellow house Villa Zdenka. Go down the driveway and park into our garage! I will do my best to change Google directions asap!
