Lošinj je otok koji zbog izuzetno blage klime i bogate raznovrsne vegetacije svoju sezonu odmora započinje već u rano proljeće, a zbog topline mora kupanje je moguće i u kasnu jesen.

Van sezone se cijena može korigirati. U punoj sezoni (7-8 mj) cijena za cijeli apartman (za 2 osobe) je fiksna i iznosi 60 Eura , a za dodatne krevete (3) plaća se nadoplata od 10 Eura po osobi/ dan.
Čamac možete sidriti ispred kuće u dogovoru sa lučkom kapetanijom i prema cjeniku lučke kapetanije.
Mogućnost korištenja roštilja, pranja veša, interneta i čišćenja apartmana dodatno se naplaćuje prema cjeniku ili dogovoru.

Villa Ida, a beautiful austrian style villa from the beginning of the 20th century. Located on the seafront surrounded by gardens and greenery. A breathtaking view of the city and Losinj bay.
The best position in Mali Losinj, that is becoming a destination of yacht owners and wealthy people of refined taste.
If you own a vessel, it can be placed in front of the house.
Beautiful beaches surrounded by old pine forests reflecting in the crystal emerald-green sea only 5-10 min walking distance.
The tourist season on Losinj starts in the early spring due to its mild climate and diverse vegetation. Also, swimming is possible all through fall since the sea is warm.

Two separate rooms. One is a large living room with additional beds for 2. The other is a bedroom with 2 regular and 1 additional beds. Total of 5 beds are available.

Before and after prime season time (July and August), the price can be corrected. Prime season price for the apartment (2 persons) is fixed and equals to 60 Euro/day. Additional beds (3) cost 10 Euros per person/day.
If you own a boat, it can be anchored in front of the house in agreement with the harbour authorities.
The possibilities of using the barbecue, laundry washer, internet or cleaning services are charged additionaly. The prices are set in the price list, or in agreement with the hosts.
