Kapetanova Villa je prekrasno zdanje privlačnog eksterijera i interijera. Vila djeluje poput malog istarskog dvorca skrivenog u beskrajnom zelenilu. e se proteže na 4000 četvornih metara s bazenom, a između mnogih sadržaja obuhvaća objekt vile koji se prostire na dvije prostrane etaže (prizemlje i prvi kat). Kapetanova Villa ima 7 spavaćih soba, broj ležaja 14, 6 kupaonice, te je prikladna za smještaj 14-16 osoba. U prizemlju vile Kapetanova Villa nalazi se potpuno opremljena kuhinja s obitavajućim dijelom, prostrani dnevni boravak s kaminom, dodatni obitavajući prostor čija vrata vode u dvor vile s bazenom. U prizemlju vile se nalazi i moderno opremljena kupaonica, te predivna loža koja umjesto dva zida ima staklene stjenke, te djeluje poput male zelene galerije, a idealna je za odmaranje uz jutarnju kavicu ili popodnevni čaj. Do prvog kata vile vode vas stepenice, a otkrivaju vam predivan prostor u kojem su se smjestile 3 dvokrevetne sobe s bračnim ležajem i privatnom terasom opremljenom garniturama za odmaranje. Tu su i dvije moderno opremljene kupaonice, jedna kupaonica sa hidro-masažnom whirlpool bath kadom, a druga sa hidromasažnim whirlpool bath tušem sa saunom. Na prvom katu vile nalazi se i zasebna manja apartmanska rezidencija s dnevnim boravkom, dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim ležajem, terasom i kupaonicom. Apartmanska rezidencija je povezana masivnim vanjskim kamenim stepenicama s prostorom raskošnog dvora s bazenom. U prostranom osunčanom dvoru Kapetanove Ville nalazi se prekrasni natkriveni ljetnikovac sa kamenim vanjskim kaminom i garniturom za obitavanje i odmaranje tipičan za istarsko podneblje i tip gradnje dominantan u ovom divnom kraju. Ovaj predio će vam zasigurno priuštiti mnoge prekrasne trenutke opuštanja i uživanja u dobrom društvu i dobroj gastronomskoj ponudi koja je nadaleko poznat adut vezan za istarsku regiju.
