After a few hard days, we are forced to write a short post. Namely, we didn't plan to comment the reviews from the last few days, which are mostly negative and come from the same group of young people. We are sorry that one group can give themselves the task of do personal vendeta on 20 years of hard work, but the power of the media is stronger.
If we did or do something wrong to some of our guests we always accept our mistakes, we are just humans trying to do our job as good as posible.
We understand that young people want to relax, listen to loud music, be relaxed and not think about anything. Yes, we understand that! But as a responsible owner it's our duty to provide a good vacation to ALL families in our house, allow them to feel relaxed and safe because - we close the door after you go to bed (all apartments have their own key) allow you not to think about someone stealing your car if we close the gate at the end of the day (they are not locked). Are we irresponsible because we want to offer everyone equal conditions of relax and safe vacations not just to a one group?! Are we irresponsible because it is not allowed to make noise at 1 o'clock in the morning and the group tells us that they are on vacation and refuse to do so?! Is it polite to book for one number of people and come with more people then agreed, and then accuse the owners that 6 of them sleeps in one bed even if you asked to do so?!
Yes, we understand young people, but if you don’t want anyone to share your space then you book a holiday house not the apartments. We are obligated to provide equal conditions to all our guests, not just one group.

We have a lot of friends in Poland, we have even been there seen the country, get to know their culture and heritage and their hospitality, big heart and kindness. Many people from Poland are great friends of ours, some of them even a family.
The beauty of this business is that it has given us such opportunity and make as more humble as human beings. Are we angry ?! No we are not.
We are aware that there are all kinds of us, both polish and croats. But good manners and good education are the same for all people in all countries and have no borders, neither Polish nor Croatian.
At the end, all 22 reviews that arrive may lower our rating, we may have fewer guests, but we will still do our best to make your vacation as good as possible ... Stay safe and happy ...
