It is ideal for families with a big outdoor space. Outside you will find a large pool with a nice covered dinning area above the pool. A nice built in barbecue will come in handy to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. The pool is equipped with a massage system. There is also a badminton court and two bicycles to explore the surroundings. A grocery shop, pizzeria etc... are in short walking distance

so you will not have to use a car if you do not want to. Inside you will find a modern, beautifully decorated open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area full of light overlooking the surrounding rolling green hills. There is a pool table room with darts game. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two more upstairs. There are two bathrooms and a toilet. The house is fully air-conditioned and there is WiFi Internet.
