"Villa Roza-Murter" nalazi se u Murteru na adresi Marka Marulića 23.Vila se prostire na parceli od 820 m2.Sastoji se od 4 dvokrevetne sobe,od kojih jedna ima zasebno kupatilo (en suite),te po jedno kupatilo u prizemlju i na katu.Sve sobe su opremljene klima uređajima i sat.televizorima.3 sobe imaju pogled na more a jedna na bazen i prekrasni ,ručno klesani kameni zid.U prizemlju
se nalazi moderno

uređena kuhinja,blagovaonica sa stolom za do 8 osoba,te dnevni boravak sa big screen televizorom.Iza kuće je grijani 32m2 bazen,sa uređajem za protu strujno plivanje,te ljetna kuhinja sa velikim kamenim roštiljem i stolom za 10 osoba. Bazen,vrt te sve otvorene površine dnevlo se čiste i održavaju od strane vlasnika koji žive u izdvojenom apartmanu.Sve radnje čišćenja i održavanja obavljaju se od 5 do 7 sati ujutro.Diskrecija i privatnost gostiju zagarantirani.
