The thing that put us ahead of others is our side content like pool with heated water, jacuzzi, open barbecue... enough to not even think about beach and leaving this house. But if you still consider to go sightseeing, Nerežišća are rich in antiques and beautiful nature. Beaches are 7 km away, that is close but still far enough to provide you peace. Near the beaches there are lot of ala carte restaurants that offer take away, stores and coffe shops. Kuća je smještena na vrh mjesta Nerežišća, te se iz nje pruža predivan pogled na zapadnu stranu otoka Brača. Ako tražite mir i bijeg od svakodnevnice, ova lokacija je idealno mjesto za vas. Smještena na vrhu mjesta Nerežišća koje broji tek 800 stanovnika na 70km kvadratnih, ova kuća pruža vam mirno utočište sa prekrasnim pogledom. Prostranost i moderni interijer ove dvoetažne vile nudi vam raskoš i intimu za poželjeti. Njen kapacitet zadovoljavajući je za 10 osoba jer uključuje četiri spavaće sobe, dvije dnevne sobe, tri kupaonice te dvije kuhinje sa blagavaonicom. Ono čime smo ispred ostalih je popratni sadržaj od kojeg ističemo bazen sa grijanom vodom, jacuzzi, saunu, roštilj na otvorenom...dovoljno da ni ne pomislite na plažu i napuštanje ove kuće. Ako se ipak odlučite otići u obilazak otoka, Nerežišća su mjesto bogato starinama te prekrasnom prirodom. Plaže su udaljene 7 km, što je blizu a opet dovoljno daleko da vam osigura mir. U blizini tih plaža nalazi se i mnogo ala carte restorana od kojih mnogi nude dostavu na kućnu adresu, te kafići i trgovine.

The house is set on top of Nerežišća with a beautiful view on the west side of island Brač. Spacious and modern interier of this two-story house will give you luxury and intimacy to wish for. Capacity of the house is satisfying for 12 people because it includes four bedrooms, two living rooms, three bathrooms, two kitchen, diningroom and large terrace with a barbecue. The house is located only 200 meters from the center and although it gives you lot of privacy, it doesn't isolate you from people, caffe shops, restaurants and markets. Distance from beaches is 7 kilometers or 5 minutes driving. House also includes five parking places. Kuća je smještena na vrh mjesta Nerežišća, te se iz nje pruža predivan pogled na zapadnu stranu otoka Brača. Prostranost i moderno uređenje ove dvoetažne kuće pruža vam raskoš i intimu za poželjeti! Njen kapacitet je zadovoljavajući za 12 ljudi jer uključuje četiri sobe, dvije dnevne sobe, tri kupaonice, dvije kuhinje i blagavaonicu te veliku terasu sa roštiljem. Udaljenost od centra je svega 200 metara te vam unatoč intimi koju kuća pruža, ne uskračuje blizinu ljudi, kafića, restorana i prodavaonice. Udaljenost od plaže je sedam kilometara, što je 5 minuta vožnje autom.Kuća ima vlastiti parking.
