Our Story
Eine wunderschöne moderne Villa mit privatem Schwimmbad befindet sich in einen kleinen und ruhigen Dorf Zaton (in der Nähe von Zadar). In der Nähe ist auch der Zaton Holiday Resort, der idealer Ort für einem erholsamen Familienurlaub des vollen Spaßes und unvergesslichen Erlebnissen ist. Üppige Vegetation, natürliche Wälder, und die Gerüche und Farben der mediterranen Kräuter haben eine positive Auswirkungen und helfen, sich zu entspannen und mit neuer Lebensenergie sich zu erfüllen.
Die Villa hat einen schönen Exterieur-und Interieur mit neuen modernen Möbeln und deswegen ist es sehr angenehm sich drinnen aufzuhalten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine große überdachte Terrasse. Der erste Stock hat einen sehr schönen Kinderspielplatz, Fitnessraum, und auch drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine große überdachte Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Neben der tollen Atmosphäre, ein großer Vorteil der Villa ist die Nähe zu einem Sandstrand, der nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß ist, und sicherlich die Nähe der Stadt Zadar (14 km) und dem Dorf Nin, der eine reiche kulturelle und historische Erbe hat und eine Handvoll Veranstaltungen und Gastronomie bietet. Beautiful modern villa with its private pool is located in the quiet village of Zaton which is located near the Zaton Holiday Resort. It is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday full of fun and unforgettable experiences. The house with beautifully decorated interiors and fully equipped with new modern furniture contributes a pleasant stay. On the ground flor there is a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large covered terrace. The first floor has a very nice playground for children, fitness room, and three bedrooms, two bathrooms and another large covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Besides the great atmosphere that home provides, there is another big advantage- sandy beach which is only a 4-minute walk away form the house, and certainly close to the city of Zadar (14 km), which along with a rich cultural and historical bowsprit that offers a handful of events and fine dining. Bellissima villa moderna con piscina privata,situata in un piccolo e tranquillo luogo Zaton(vicino Zara) nelle vicinanze di Zaton Holiday Resort,posto ideale per una vacanza di famiglia piena di divertimento e momenti indimenticabili.
Ricca vegetazione,foreste naturali,profumi e colori delle vegetazione mediterranea hanno un ottimo effetto benefico che aiuta a rilassarsi e riacquistare energia vitale.
La villa, dotata di un bellissimo spazio interno ed esterno con arredamento nuovo, è molto comfortevole.
È situata su due livelli: al piano terra ci sono uno spazioso soggiorno con cucina e sala pranzo, tre stanze da letto, due bagni ed unz grande terrazza coperta; al primo piano si trova un'area giochi per i bambini completamente arredata, una palestra, tre stanze da letto, due bagni ed un' altra terrazza coperta con spettacolare vista mare.
Un aspetto interessante e molto vantaggioso è la vicinanza di una meravigliosa spiaggia sabiosa che si trova a 4 minuti a piedi ed in particolare di Zara (14 km) e Nin, luoghi ricchi di cultura e ztoria ma anche di eventi e di specialità gastronomiche.
