The apartment 4+1 is on the first floor and in the attic or the second floor where there is one room with balcony. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room (for 1 adult or 2 children), kitchen with microwave, bathroom with shower, additional toilete and teracce on the first floor.
There is also internet and SAT-TV available for you as well as air-condition and grill that you can use in front of the house.
