The house is situated in a very quiet area and offers a marvelous ambiance for individuals in need of a rest. The distance to the nearest beach is 60 meters, distance to the sea is 30 meters, while the distance

for a very beautiful sand beach, which is ideal for children, is 750 meters. There are several restaurants around the vacation house, supermarkets and caffe-bars, also a bank and a post office is nearby. Free parking
