Villa Karmen is an large family Villa located in a small village of Žikovići only 10 km from Poreč. The Villa can accommodate up to 12 persons and it is ideal for large groups or families. In the beautiful and well tended garden surrounded with old oak trees durring long summer nights transform in the perfect romantic place.The garden is completely walled for your privacy and under the natural shade you can enjoy and relax in privacy next to the 27m2 swimming pool with outdoor shower and sunloungers when you children spending time on the playground. The house is located on private property without traffic or cars so the relaxed and quite vacation is garanteed.For the sport lovers there is a soccer field, badminton and table-tennis .On the terrace you can prepare delicious meals on the grills: on gas or charcoal,Villa Karmen has 2 of them following with outdoor dinner table for 12 persons. For more activities on sight , the house is located near the famous cycling trail „ Parenzana“ which is passing few minutes from the house . The Adriatic coast and popular tourist town of Poreč, all the historical sites, restaurants ,bars and other places worth visiting are just a short drive away.Also the grocery stores are just 10 min driving. The entire villa is air-conditioned and made with best materials. If you plan do some bussines or just surfing on the intrnet there is a WiFi in the whole house including private parking in the shade.
