Ilsad Apartments are situated on the very tip of Pasman |sland where it meets Ugljan island by road bridge, located in a quiet cul-de-sac accessible by car with on-site parking. The house is a detached property built with interesting architectural lines in it's own grounds, it consists of three stories; each with one apartment.
Apartment B has its own private entrance, with key entry where you will find a spacious hall, living room with satellite Tv and comfortable seating. There is a separate kitchen with table plus a larder cupboard. The light and airy bedrooms have large comfortable beds dressed for the summer with additional blankets if required. There is ample draw and wardrobe space. Bedroom one has access to a rear balcony with table and chairs.
The bathroom is fitted with a stand alone shower, basin, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine.
All of the windows and doors are double glazed and have roller shutters fitted, keeping the apartment cool in the hot Croatian summer assisted by an air conditioning unit.
The apartment is self contained, fully furnished and well equipped, you will find a fridge freezer, full size cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, radio, satellite Tv and free Wifi.
Apartment B has a large covered balcony with table and chairs affording stunning views of the sea and surrounding islands and a rear covered balcony with seating. There is also a shared patio/grill area on the ground floor.
To the side of the property you will find the newly installed swimming pool area which includes an 8 x 4 m swimming pool with salt system, outdoor shower, ample sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols.
Car parking is not an issue with on site car parking to the rear of the property bordered by an olive grove.
A short 80m walk to the end of Put Karantunica will lead you to the sea with a stunning view across the Adriatic to the islands of Ugljan, Karantunica, Iz and Dugi. In the opposite direction you will meet the sea on the other side of the Island with views of the Velebit Mountains and Sukosan on the mainland.
Within easy walking distance approx 200m there is a well stocked general store, a bakery, seasonal fruit/vegetable stall, a cafe bar and a pizza/grill restaurant.
Pasman is an island of less than 30km from end to end. Sitting in the Adriatic a few km from the mainland it has a string of villages to explore, with historic churches and culture.
Endless coves and wooded hillsides are the main features. Just look up and you will see a wonderful view.
The one main road runs the full length of the island, take a turn off the main road and you find a charming village with bars and restaurants to discover.
Cross the bridge and you find yourself on Ugljan Island, slightly different but mirrors Pasman in its landscape and beauty.
There are two ferry ports to the mainland within easy reach, Tkon on Pasman will take you to Pretty Biograd with it’s stunning marina and quaint bars and restaurants and Preko ferry port located on Ugljan with car and foot ferries to both old and new Zadar.
Old town Zadar is steeped in history with cobbled streets, beautiful churches, Roman ruins and artifacts, parks, gardens and restaurants serving delicious food for all tastes. For the shoppers among you there is a wide range of independent and chain stores, with several large shopping malls in Zadar town.
Ferries are within a 15 minute car ride and crossings are 20 minutes with frequent services throughout the summer.
Around the island you will find many secluded beaches and coves to explore all with access to the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic.
There are designated signed walking, trekking and cycling routes around the island all with stunning views of this beautiful part of the world, newly installed viewing platforms can be found along the length of the islands.
For those looking for some adventure there is a diving center, bike and boat hire and boat excursions available from the islands and the mainland.
Getting here: The nearest airport to Pasman Island is Zadar airport situated 10 km from Zadar ferry port with car hire, taxi and bus service available to the ports of Gazenica for foot passenger/ car ferries or Zadar old town for foot passengers only.
Ferries to the island do not run through the night please check seasonal timetable.
Split airport is approx 150 km/ 1.45 hr drive via scenic route through Croatian countryside, direct bus services to Zadar are available.
The charm of the islands are their rural unspoiled nature, a car will give you the freedom to explore the activities, beaches, bars and restaurants of the villages dotted along the coastline.
There is a bus service that runs from the ferry ports covering the length of the islands (last bus 9.15pm).
If driving, route 110 runs the length of both the islands. Put Karantunica is directly off the main road. See location on map.
