Villa Basic is a perfect place for a family vacation! Villa Basic was built in 2008 in a modern style and the interior has been renovated in 2020.

It is located in Pirovac, one of the most famous towns in central Dalmatia for family tourism. In front of the villa there are:
• wooden canopies
• two outdoor pools, larger, measuring 7 x 3.5 m with two depths and smaller for children; measuring 3x3.5m, depth 0.4 m
• kids playground

Behind the villa there is a stone barbecue, and the green areas are planted with Mediterranean and aromatic herbs.

All the apartments are richly equipped, and special attention was paid in choosing the natural materials in interior design: the furniture is made of solid wood, floors are covered with the oak parquet, all sheets are made out of silk cotton, mattresses and pillows are anatomical. Villa Basic because of its spaciousness and elegant interior -provide a complete holiday atmosphere.

Vila Bašić je izgrađena 2008. godine u modernom stilu. Nalazi se u Pirovcu, jednom od najpoznatijih gradića u središnjoj Dalmaciji za obiteljski turizam. Svi apartmani su bogato opremljeni, a posebna pažnja bila je posvećena izboru prirodnih materijala kod uređenja interijera: namještaj je od punog drveta, parket je hrastov, sve presvlake su od svilenog pamuka, madraci i jastuci su anatomski. Dodatni sadržaji u objektu su: dva bazena na otvorenom , dječje igralište, drvena nadstrešnica, sprave za vježbanje (fitness), ležaljke, roštilj, zelene površine. Apartmani Ville Bašić zbog svoje prostranosti i bogate opremljenosti pružaju potpuni ugođaj za odmor! Objektom upravlja NOVASOL.

O recenzijama (ili da se malo pohvalimo😊)
✨Villas Bašić✨

Iznajmljivanjem obiteljskog smještaja smo se počeli baviti 2008. godine.
U prosjeku smo popunjeni 13-16 tj, najizazovnije je bilo u periodu pandemije COVID-19, ali i u tom periodu smo radili zahvaljujući stalnim gostima koji se vjerno vraćaju. 💖

Na agencijskoj stranici ocjena objekta je 5/5, na Google Maps-u ocjena 5, za 2025.godinu smo već bukirani 9 tjedana (lipanj, srpanj, kolovoz 2025.).
✨Studio Maslina✨

Studio se iznajmljuje od 2017. godine iskljucivo preko Booking.com platforme i preko direktnih upita. Ocjena na Booking.com-u je trenutačno 9.8, na Google Maps-u je ocjena 5. 💖
Već imamo upite od digitalnih nomada za proljeće-ljeto 2025.
Koja je naša tajna?
1. Uvijek dočekamo goste, objasnimo sve vezano za objekt, okolicu, damo lokalne preporuke... Uvijek smo na raspolaganju za dodatne upite.
2. Cijene smo u navedenom periodu par p**a korigirali, ali ne zbog inflacije, već zbog značajnih dodataka sadržaju i ponudi. Jako pazimo na kategoriju Vrijednost za novac.
3. Svake godine investiramo dodatno u kvalitetu sadržaja i ponude, bilo da se radi o novim ručnicima i posteljini, novom eko aparatu za čišćenje na bazi vodene pare (bez kemikalija) pa do značajnih dodatnih sadržaja (kao npr izgradnja bazena za djecu i sl.)
4. Najvažnije od svega, trudimo se i želimo da se svi gosti osjećaju kao kod kuće i dobrodošli.💖
