Villa Bosa is just a 5 min drive from the nearest beach and the center of Poreč. It's a pretty big space, completely equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing vacation, with a huge yard and a lot of places to sunbathe. Although it's not far from the center, it offers that countryside feeling. Surrounded by nature and very tranquil, with a lot of space for biking, hiking, or just chilling in the garden, barbecuing. It's perfect for families or a group of friends and is pet-friendly.

It's a 180m2 villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has a huge living room with big windows and a lot of light, connected with a renovated and fully equipped kitchen. It has three terraces and a balcony. The air-conditioning can be found in two bedrooms, in the living room and kitchen. With three air-conditioners, you can have a great temperature in the whole house during hot days. It has an outside eating area and a lounge area with a sunbathing part. It has a really big yard with lots of shade you can enjoy. It has a few different trees and you're welcome to enjoy their fruit. It doesn't have a pool, but with the crystal-clear Adriatic sea just 5 min from the villa, you won't need it!

Located just 4 km from the city center, in a quiet, countryside-looking area, with great hiking and biking trails near. There aren't many houses in the close neighborhood, so it's quite private and a calm area, surrounded by Istrian scents, great for relaxing and enjoying your vacation.
