House Eva&Jakov is located in a small coastal village Posedarje, which is located on the coast of Novigrad Sea, 25 km from the town of Zadar,on the ground floor have 3 badrooms,toilet with shower,kitchen with all appliances,living room,on the first floor also have 3 rooms,living room,kitchen with all appliances,two toilet,one shower,see view ... in front of the house is a large garden with outdoor kitchen, football pitch, swimming pool 9x4m, barbecue, table tennis and trampoline .. It is located near the famous national parks of Paklenica, Velebit, the river Krka, Kornati and Plitvice Lakes. Posedarje has many restaurants, coffee bars, shops, bakery, fish market, butcher, post office and a park for children. The price includes use of the Internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and towels, dishes and bedding. The distance from the beach and the center of the village of 600 m, about 5 min walk. The village has a sandy, gravel and concrete beach.

Kuća Eva & Jakov nalazi se u malom primorskom mjestu Posedarje koje se nalazi na obali Novigradskog mora, 25 km od grada Zadra, apartman Eva se nalazi u prizemlju, ima 3 spavaće sobe, wc s tušem, kuhinja sa svim aparatima, dnevni boravak ... Na prvom katu je apartman Jakov i također ima 3 sobe, dnevni boravak, kuhinja sa svim aparatima, dva wc-a, jedan tuš, pogled na more ... Ispred kuće je veliki vrt s vanjskom kuhinjom, nogometno igralište, bazen 9x4m, roštilj, stolni tenis, trampolin .. Nalazi se u blizini poznatih nacionalnih parkova Paklenice, Velebita, rijeke Krke, Kornata i Plitvičkih jezera. Posedarje ima mnogo restorana, kafića, dućana, pekare, ribarnicu, mesnicu, poštu i park za djecu. U cijenu je uključeno korištenje interneta (Wi-Fi), klima uređaja, ručnici, posuđe i posteljina. Udaljenost od plaže i centra mjesta je 600 m, pješice oko 5 min. Posedarje ima pješčanu, šljunkovitu i betonsku plažu.
