It has ideal position for sightseeing of Old Town and the beech is 650 m away. Cathedral saint Jacob's is 200m away, as well as the Fortress saint Mihovil. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen together with a dining room. 2 bedrooms have a bed for one person, a closet, smaller closet only with drawers, desk, chair and night stand next to the bed, and a lamp on it. Third bedroom has all of that except it does not have a desk but it has a view on the city and that room has a bed for two persons. Kitchen has cabinets were all the dishes are, like bowls, pan, plates, cups, etc. It has sink, a cooking plate, microwave and a stowe. Air condition is in the kitchen, if it is too hot in two bedrooms are fans. Dining room is in the other corner of the room where the kitchen is. It has table and 4 chairs. Bathroom has toilet, shower cabin, sink and cabinet. Apartment has 5 windows, one in bathroom, one in kitchen, one in hallway, one in one bedroom and one in second bedroom. WiFi is available in whole apartment. From bus station to apartment you have 10-15 minutes of walking. All parkings in the centre are very close. From the closest one you have to walk 5 minutes.

Odsad u cijenu apartmana ulazi jedno parkirno mjesto. Parking se nalazi između Ulice Ante Starčevića i Ulice Stjepana Radića. Udaljen je 450 m od apartmana.
