Last week we hosted a family from Slovenia who wanted an active holiday and accepted our invitation to pick olives and participate in their processing. The weather was ideal and we enjoyed an oil tasting on the terrace of our beachfront apartment "Pinija".

we are renting two separated apartments in the same house with seafront terraces only few steps from the sea.

🔅 Everything is at max 200 m walking distance: bigger pebble beach , restaurant, lounge bar, bakery, a stand with daily local fresh fruits and vegetables, playgroud for childrens ( trampoline) .

Dear guests,

We are opening booking for summer season 2024..🌞

Wake up to the sound of the sea and the song of crickets ....just a few steps away from the sea....swim and freshen up before breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful seaview ..

Beachfront apartments Pinija ( 4+1) and Oliva (2+1) are located in a quiet place Žaborić, in a private house 10 km from Šibenik ( directly accessible from the highway ).
Šibenik is a beautiful old town famous for UNESCO monuments, International children festival, good wines and excellent restaurants..🍽
There is also one bigger pebble beach 100 meters walk along the coast. 600m from the apartment there is a market where you will find everything you need. The center of Žaborić is 1km away . From the nearby Šibenik excursions by boat is possible every day to other small islands or to the national park Krka as well to the Kornati islands. There is also a wide selection of water sports and recreational activities. Around the Žaborić promenade there are restaurants with sea views and bars.

On the ground floor of the house there is a newly furnished apartment Oliva ( 2+1) with 1 bedroom ( twin bed 160×200 + sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. In the bathroom you have everything you need. Bed linen and towels you do not need to bring with you.
Each floor has air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

On the 1st floor there is ap.Pinija ( 4+1) with 2 separate bedrooms ( one with twin bed and other with two single beds) kitchen with living room and bathroom.
The parking is inside the property and is included in the price and there is a barbecue that you can use.

-kitchen (hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge + freezer)
- living room (pull-out couch for one or two persons, air conditioning)
- Tv (Flat Screen, Lcd TV / SAT)

Price: 80-150€/night
PRICES ARE PER NIGHT, NOT PER PERSON.

30% of the sum are to be paid in advance and the rest upon arrival.

Vacation with kids? Visit us and participate in the International Children's Festival - a trademark of Šibenik. It is a unique world's cultural event celebrated during end June/July and is the perfect event for the whole family.

During the festival, all the squares and streets come to life and the city is completely dominated by children from different parts of the world.
