The Poolside Luxury Villa

A Spacious and luxurious three bedroom, three bathroom villa with breathtaking beach sea views of Kastela and Split. The main bedroom in the villa includes a king sized bed, seaside views and a spacious ensuite with a stand alone bath tub. The remaining two bedrooms also have king sized beds and share the main bathroom which is complete with a large walk in shower. It also has an additional WC (third bathroom). The villa has an open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a self cleaning oven, freestanding fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A double pull out sofa bed in the living area can accommodate 2 people. Large flatscreen satellite t.v. with free channels. The Villa has a large terrace and out door eating area. The Villa also has exclusive access to the outdoor pool, BBQ and garden area. Free Wifi and Air-conditioning are included as well as free parking. Fresh towels, toiletries, linen, Iron, Ironing board & hairdryers are also provided. Bath products, chilled bottled water and tea & coffee are complimentary.

The Poolside local area - Slatine

Slatine is an idyllic little fishing village situated on the northeastern side of the island of Čiovo, only 8km from Trogir. It lies on the coast of Kaštela bay, opposite Split and the Marjan peninsula .

Take a walk through this picturesque village, have a morning coffee at Lanterna (local bar) or the many beach bars along Slatine's coast line and enjoy a beautiful view of Kaštela and Split. Have lunch or dinner in Mali Porat restaurant, located at the harbour next to the beach and enjoy some fresh seafood, grilled meat delicacies or order some of the local specialities such as "pašticada“ or "peka“. Also why not try tasting home made wine and other local delicacies, enjoy the atmosphere of a typical Dalmatian tavern like Dida Restaurant. For those who prefer a stone baked pizza restaurant Kvadar is a must.

At the top of the village Mačak Bar delivers live music nights and will also make sure you do not miss out on sporting events while on vacation. Follow the game on the big screen with a glass of cold beer. Take an evening walk with the sound of Dalmatian songs and don't miss the street parties during the annual Fishermen's nights and bank holiday celebrations.

Slatine is a very suitable destination for families, for those who enjoy outdoor sports and those wishing to relax and unwind. There are fantastic cycling and hiking routes snaking through the Island .Take a ride to the small church Gospe od Prizidnice (2 km) or towards the town of Trogir (8 km). For those more adventurous go to the other side of Ciovo to Okrug Donji ( 15 km).

Everyone is fascinated by the charm of preserved nature in this village. Follow the main road to the cape of the island, trail paths will bring you to hidden pine wood forests, Olive groves and small secluded bays with breathtaking views. Shale beaches guide you to the main pebble beach at Kava at the very end of the island overlooking Split.

Things to do in Slatine include: cycling, hiking, windsurfing, swimming, kayaking, quad biking, renting a boat, sailing, jet ski, photography, fishing and most importantly relaxing.

Slatine also has a children's outdoor play area near the beach and an outdoor basketball/tennis court.

Throughout the year the village is connected with Trogir and Split by city and intercity bus-lines. During the tourist season May -October the village is connected by ferry and taxi boats : Bura Line which travels to and from Split or Trogir 30 minute ride each way from Slatine.
