Hvala Ditch Plastic ! ❤️
U jeku smo turističke sezone koju osim rekordnih vrućina, obilježava i veliki broj turista u lijepoj našoj. Osim financijskih koristi, masnovni turizam donosi i brojne probleme, o čemu se nešto manje priča.
Međutim, postoje oaze nade, smještaji koji su stvoreni za opuštanje, punjenje energijom i miran suživot s prirodom - mjesta koja vode računa o okolišu, ljudima i zajednici u kojoj djeluju.

Oslobodila se kucica Wind u zadnji trenutak, pa ako netko pozeli doci ovaj vikend, i želi uzivati u tošini i kiši, nek se javi... Nekome nije idealno, drugome mozda bas odgovara. Šuma je zelena i prekrasna. ❤️

This sculpture is a gift given to me by Jana and her family. She named the piece Tree Elements. She is one of 606 Kickstarter people who participated in the campaign and made my dream come true. She finally came, from Netherlands to Croatia and she used her reward of spending the night here, after 3 long years...
Instead of me giving her gift, she comes with this beautiful art and touches my heart. Again. Thank you Jana for your generosity and love you have given me these days. I will forever cherish this piece. ♥️

I evo ga. Napokon je živa! Prava web stranica je tu! Živa je kao i ovo ludo proljeće, živa kao i ja ovo proljeće, nikad jača, nikad sretnija i nikad više na mjestu. Mjestu koje se zove dom, moj Tree Elements, moj san, moja java, moje sve.
Sve informacije o smjestaju ili organizaciji retreata su tu. Direkt booking je tu. I ja sam tu. U svakoj recenici, slovu, boji i fontu.
No umjesto da citate o tome, dodjite mi i uvjerite se koliko je ovo mjesto posebno i zasto je vrijedilo zrtvovati sebe i svoju obitelj ovoliko godina.
Hvala svima koji su sudjelovali u izradi stranice kao i svima koji su sudjelovali u stvaranju mog sna.

Prošli tjedan u našem Tree Elements resortu ne samo da smo ugostili putnike iz raznih dijelova svijeta, već smo ugostili i brend A-DERMA s kojim smo se moja sestra Ana i ja fotografirale za promociju njihove Epitheliale linije. Riječ je o proizvodima koji pomažu kod problema brze regeneracije oslabljene kože i sprječavaju stvaranje ožiljkastih tragova. Idealne su za tetoviranu kožu poput naše!
Snimanje je prošlo odlično, i iako to nikad nismo radile, jako smo se opustile, a sve zahvaljujući predivnoj ! Hvala svima što su odabrali Tree Elements! ❤️

Stvarno prekrasno napisano i moram podijeliti! Hvala Lani, ženama i svima koji dodju na mali retreat za svoje tijelo i duh! Ovaj vikend imamo 1.sluzbeni retreat i to baš za dan žena, a slijedeci imamo slobodnu kucicu za dvoje ili familiju ili kako god se osjećate i zovete ;)

Slunj has been recognized by The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and it is on the list of 50 best tourist villages in the world. Also, Magdić rakije i likeri from Slunj won the national reward in the craft tourism category.
What makes all of these news even better is that our cozy treehouses are just 5 min drive away from Slunj. Come, visit, drink, eat, hike, rest... it's your choice :)

In 2018, my family and myself have bought 4 acres of forest land near Rastoke village, by Korana river, Croatia. With nothing on the property except a little barn (32m2) and demolished house of Kolar family, manufacturers of wagons back in 1906.
In 2020 we will turn the property into a fairytale retreet "Tree Elements", with treehouses (Earth, Water & Wind) for people to enjoy. Aim is to create a new form of tourism and to show what it means to be sustainable and socially aware. Our way of spreading something positive in this, sometimes twisted, "normal" world is going to be reflected in, helping people find rest for the mind, body & soul. For all members of society. To find piece, strength, answers, inspiration, motivation..
Not only do we want to live there ecologically with zero waste policies but we also want to build with local materials in creating healthy and liberating surroundings in the forest. There will be an organic garden, workshops, meditation and yoga retreats, connection with nature, together with adventure tourism combined with social one.
We want for a traveler to develop a growing sense of one another, our world and our place in it. There should be a connection between travelers with the local community and the environment. The purchase of something should impact locally & directly but morally as well. Thats why we propose social tourism, or as we call it eco-kind. When treehouses are not booked, we want to invite users of various civil associations (cancer survivors,fighters, abused women and children) to come and find some rest. Free of charge. But also with the help of those travelers who rented it out before. This involves more people and more meaning into a purchase. The essence should be interaction, not only transaction.
We will show what responsible tourist destination means in a overcrowded and overwhelmed tourist mecca of Croatia. Mass tourism shows loss of authencity & quality of the destination, while doing it merely for profit and while stripping it of its essence until it’s no longer recognizable. This is not sustainable anymore and time is to change things how people think about business . So this is our revolotion..
Recently, my sister & myself were walking through the forest imaging the possible, excited in thinking what we will create here in 2020.
We were visualizing the inspiration people will be able to find here. With motivational quotes scattered around the forest, little benches to rest and think, paths to follow and games to find or yoga spots to unwind. We are forever grateful to Mother Nature in what she has given us in terms of the location with this untouched beauty, right in the heart of the country which gives us all the opportunities to visit NP Plitvice lakes or Rastoke waterfall village, do some biking, kayaking, canoeing, paintball, zipline, visit 4 different rivers, ride a quad, go hiking on Velebit NP or visit Gorski Kotar and enjoy some delicious homemade cookings.
So as there was nothing on the property, except that barn, that I will turn into a wood workshop, and a smallest house ever, we need to upgrade that one into a bigger one. We are in process of acquiring electricity & water, while submitting with 2 architects the final draft of the project and now waiting for the construction approval. Winter is coming, so that is the time to find construction workers to pull this out.
All we want is to provide freedom. To so many of us.
To forget, to release & to be back. Back to yourself.
