As the team behind MYS Yachting—Croatia’s leading yacht agency and VAT / Fiscal rep for charter business—we’re excited to connect with industry partners and talk all things charter regulations, compliance, and the evolving Adriatic market.

As founding members of CRO.Y.A. (Croatian Yachting Association) we’ll be happy sharing more about our second international .y.a._association Yacht Charter Show happening in Split from Sept 29 – Oct 1 and how we’re shaping the future of the Adriatic charter scene.

‼️ Decree in force as of today January 27th, 2025! ‼️

The Government of Montenegro has extended again their policy of duty-free fuel for both commercial and private yachts.

✅ The yacht must spend three full days in the country, not including the day of arrival, before it qualifies for duty-free fuel. 

✅ The yacht must have an agent employed, and must depart Montenegro immediately after bunkering.

✅ Duty-free fuel available at Port of Bar, Marina Porto Montenegro, and Portonovi Marina.

‼️ IMPORTANT NEWS ‼️

✅ The Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure has decreed that charter licenses will not be issued to any NON EU flagged Gulets in 2025. 

✅ The decree that all NON EU flagged Yachts under 24m LOA will not be issued charter licenses will remain in effect in 2025.

Split is Croatia’s second-largest city and undoubtedly one of its most enchanting. It is famous for its UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace (that dates back more than 1,700 years) but the fact is that there is a long list of sights waiting to be explored.

That is why the CROYA Charter Show will be offering all attendees the opportunity to discover some of the city’s notable attractions and learn a little more about its history.

From 16:00 to 17:30, on all three days of the show, a complimentary city tour led by a professional tourist guide will take place. The meeting point will be the registration desk and those who wish to participate must confirm their interest by 12:00 each day due to the limited number of participants per group.

We can’t wait to share Split’s beauty with you:)

Over 35 beautiful yachts have already been accepted, the Chefs’ Competition is very close to full house and brokers from all over the world have confirmed their attendance. So what are you waiting for?

Businesses that provide products & services to luxury yachts - including yacht brokers, yacht agents, yacht management companies, fiscal agents, provisioning companies, luxury product & service providers, marinas, refit centers, technology systems & service providers - are all eligible to register for the show.
