"We had an amazing stay at Apartment Paulina in July 2024. The terrace and views are just stunning. We spent so much time there and was just amazing views and sun all day. Apartment has everything we could have needed and more. Lovely beds, great kitchen, excellent Wi-Fi , air con, Netflix, games etc. great to have washing machine also. The beach is a 3 min walk , with nearest restaurant, Marineo , great pizzas  and La vela, really nice also. A few more minutes walk along the beach which is so safe are several more cafes, bars restaurants, we ate at Leonardo,s , Rarita, TOC, Ciao Ciao, all brilliant. Got the water taxi to Trogir a few times from the beach  , a brilliant service and what a fab way to see this beautiful place. 5 euros each way, goes every hour from 5 pm to 10pm. The most relaxing holiday we have had in a long time and even with 2 teenagers , was plenty for them to do.  Alison was so helpful with everything before and during our stay. We will be back for sure, so much more to see and do in this wonderful place."

At ARC Rentals Croatia we specialise in holiday lettings on the island of Ciovo in Split. The island is accessed by bridge so no need for ferries after you arrive. Since 2004 we have managed a variety of 3 & 4 star properties, awarded by Croatian Tourist Board, on behalf of property owners. We carefully select the apartments that we promote as they must meet our high standards and they are only 15 minutes from Split airport.

Split is in a region known as Dalmatia and it's a great starting point if you're interested in exploring Croatia. There are a staggering 8 UNESCO protected sites within 2 hours of Ciovo. The 2400 year old town of Trogir is on your doorstep with taxi boats leaving the local harbour every 15 minutes. The landscape is mountainous with the Adriatic Sea at the forefront and the people are friendly and very helpful.

Our self catering properties sleep up to 8 people and it's good to know that we don't apply a booking fee. We can cater for large groups of up to 40 people. All of our properties have balconies with sea views, wifi, air-conditioning, washing machines, fully equipped kitchens, a selection of games, CD's and DVD's and we also have apartments that offer a pool. Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis and we have a meet and greet team that will welcome you to your apartment. There are amenities close by for grocery shopping, eating out, bars and of course, secluded bays with calm, clear blue water. We can provide transfers to and from the airport, we can also arrange tours and excursions right from the apartments, the team will collect you from the properties we manage.

We get a kick out of helping our guests plan memorable holidays. There are plenty of things to do, for all age groups, and we'd be delighted to recommend a few. It is not essential to rent a car as everything can be accessed by foot however, depending on your needs or desires you may choose one.

Last week, we spent some time at the beautiful Plitvice lakes (). We reckon this is one of the nicest places we've ever visited and we highly recommend our guests to take the trip.

We stayed at , and it was the perfect resort to relax in. However, Plitvice lakes can be done in a day from our properties, so the choice is yours.

Early Bird Bookings For Summer 2024
 

Nobody likes having to pay extra for their holiday.  An increasing number of apartment listing sites online charge a traveller’s fee of at least 8% with some charging much more than this (15%-20%!). So it makes sense to book directly with the owner. You can save some money by booking directly with us and we’re offering an early bird discount of 15% off too. 

Here are a few tips for finding your rental outside of the likes of AirBnB, VRBO, Owners Direct and Booking.com 

 

- Use property names and descriptions to find owners contact details elsewhere online. 

- Check the area of the property on google maps and find website details for owner.  (eg.  If you’re looking for our Penthouse Paulina if you put the keywords “Apartment Paulina” and “Okrug Gornji” into Maps our details will pop up)

- If you have booked using one of the above sites then keep the owners details. That way if you return you can contact them directly - more than likely you’ll be offered a better rate too (we always offer a discount to customers that contact us directly)

- Check reviews online
