Its a queit and sunny place where houses with lush green gardens bump right up against a shallow fishing harbour. There are about twenty settlements on the island with characteristic features of the Mediterranean little towns villages, and Splitska is one of them. away from the main town and ferry port called Supetar. Marijin dvor liegt auf einem Hügel am Ortsrand von Splitska. Nur wenige Gehminut

en vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Das kleine Örtchen ist ein ruhiger und sonniger Fleck, mit idyllischen Häusern und grünen Gärten, die an den kleinen Fischerhafen grenzen. Es gibt ungefähr zwanzig Dörfer auf der Insel, mit charakteristischen Merkmalen der mediterranen Lebensweise. Splitska ist eine von ihnen. Die Haupt- und Hafenstadt Supetar ist nur 6 km entfernt und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Marijin Dvor je idilična kuća smještena na malom brežuljku, samo 5 minuta hoda od centra Splitske. Nalazi se na mirnoj i lijepoj lokaciji sa pogledom na ribarsku luku i centar Splitske. Na otoku Braču postoji oko dvadesetak tipično mediteranskih naselja , a Splitska je jedno od njih a udaljeno je od trajektne luke Supetar svega 6 km.
