The Villa Sunčica is located only 150 meters from the Children's Paradise beach, and offers accommodation with access to an outdoor pool, a shared lounge and a shared kitchen. The villa also has its own swimming pool, garden, barbecue equipment, free WiFi and free private parking.

The villa includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the pool.

Guests of the villa can relax in the hot tub. A children's playground and a terrace are also available.

Soline beach is 450 meters away, and Podvare beach is 1 km away.
