Otside dining area has a custom made wooden (teak) / stone kitchen (with stone grill), which is completely equipped and fitted with custom made teak furniture for 8 dinners and whole area, which is maden out of local stone.There are outdoor steps leading down to fitness room and Finnish sauna. Within a couple steps from this area is fantastic beach with easy enter. Outdoor design shower will help
you to refresh. The villa is surrounded by a lush exotic garden with terrace areas of different sizes and over differing levels that can be utilized in many ways. Breakfast in relax area in the morning, lunch on the front terrace, or just listen jazz with domestic wine in pool area at the evening - the choise is yours.
