Flat Mounting is upcoming trend in corrugated postprint industry and FLATMOUNT with its features represents premium instance of this trend. With it, Flexo Plate mounting on mylars becomes both more accurate and more efficient. Achieving supreme print quality in terms of vivid colors and reducing costs both in Ink Room and Pressroom are main benefits coming along ECG Technology. Some studies indicate that introducing ECG reduces ink consumption by 25% and Makeready in Pressroom by up to 60%. At the same time “blind tests” indicate no significant difference of print quality even in comparison with offset concentric screening print.
