Hedera is a traditional stone house, located in a beautiful Renaissance town in central Istria. Svetvincenat is a place with the most beautifully preserved renaissance square in Croatia and the old Romanesque church with frescoes, which you can find at the local cemetery. The town has everything you need for a perfect family vacation: pizzeria, restaurant, two shops, clinic and pharmacy, post off
ice, 3 cafes and traditional Istrian Ostarija (guest house). The area is ideal for cycling tours, forest hiking (depending on the season - full of mushrooms or asparagus) and it offers numerous natural attractions (caves, ornithological park), and historical monuments (P**a Arena, Euphrasiana in Porec ...) The house has a spacious, stone-walled garden with a pool (8x4m), outdoor shower, BBQ, stone table and a charming lavender garden. It was built in 1830 and in 2007, the house has been completely renovated. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room with an upright piano and a bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine). On the first floor is the living room with SAT / TV, master bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. A separate entrance leads to the ground floor apartment consisting of a bedroom, a kitchenette with a dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet. The walled garden is ideal for families with children. The car can be parked in front of the garden entrance. Svetvincenat is located almost in the middle of Istria, only about twenty kilometers from the beach on the western or eastern coast, just as much from famous summer resorts of Porec and Rovinj, Istrian Toplice, or medieval towns such as Motovun (film festival) or Groznjan (music center), and about 70 km from Opatija and Kvarner.
