Villa Latini

Villa Latini is located in the village of Bankovići, 10 km from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat and 15 from P**a, the biggest city of the Istrian Peninsula. The Villa is surrounded by terrace houses and offers a true experience of village life, peace and tradition to its guests. The guests can taste, as well as participate in the making and processing of home-made products like cow's milk, cheese, quark, marmalades, olive oil, prosciutto, wine and other home-made products. The house was built in 1922, and in 2017, when it was completely renovated, all the necessary amenities were added so that the guests could experience a carefree village vacation. The interior is made up from the ground level and the 1st floor, the total area of which is 120 m2, there are 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, eating room and living room. Along the garden there is a 28m2 outdoor pool, places for leisure and relaxation as well as places for a cosy get-together and barbecue. If the staff is informed in advance, guests can also be served breakfast (with groceries produced at the estate – prosciutto, cheese, marmalade, home-baked bread, eggs, seasonal fruit, milk, coffee, fruit juice). The closest shop and bistro are only 1 km away, the post-office, restaurant and butcher's shop 9 km, and the sea is only 15 km away from Villa Latini. A 10-min car ride will get you to the medieval town of Svetvinčenat, which offers a vast array of tourist attractions in the Morosini-Grimani Castle, Escape Castle Svetvinčenat tourist adventure, visitor centre, frescos in churches, etc.
