Mala hiža is nice country house, located in a beautiful Renaissance town in central Istria. Svetvincenat is a place with the most beautifully preserved Renaissance square in Croatia and the old Romanesque church at the cemetery with beautiful frescoes. The town has everything you need for a perfect family vacation: pizzeria, restaurant, two shops, clinic and pharmacy, post office, 2 cafes and traditional Istrian Ostarija (guest house). The area is ideal for cycling tour, forest hike and offers numerous natural attractions and historical monuments.
Mala hiža is located 2 km away from Svetvinčenat some 25 km away from both P**a and Rovinj. Besides the swimming pool surrounded by stone slabs, and on one side protected by a high wall, house Mala hiža offers air-conditioned living space, two bicycles and parking space next to the property.
