Luxury Villa Hedone is a 5 star villa that is situated in central Istria, in a small village Orlici, not far from P**a, the capital city of the Istrian County. The beauty of this villa expresses its functional and stylish design, quiet location and proximity to the town of P**a and the Istrian famous beaches. nished and equipped with SAT TV, air conditioning and with private bathroom, each room boasts a special, unique decoration. Two bathrooms are with whirlpool bath bath and the other two are with shower. The living room and dining room are fully equipped, and there is floor heating to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is situated on a large property of 2300 m2 and offers exceptional comfort and privacy. In front of the villa is 45 m2 large heated swimming pool, with a built-in rest and massage area. As part of the summer-house there is an outdoor dining area and a fitness room and an infrared sauna where you can relax. Also there is an additional bathroom with shower. The Villa offers rich additional equipment for its guests. There is a basketball court, volleyball court and goals for soccer and handball. Also for the guests we offer table tennis, table football and darts. Rakalj is a small town on the east coast of Istria, less than 30 km from P**a. It was initially (1190) known for traditional Istrian pottery and for sailors and fishermen.
The ruins of Old Rakalj are located near the sea, on the top of a hill looking over the Raška-Arsia bay, next to the church of the Holy Agneze dating back to the year 1495.
The place and the surroundings are rich in flora and fauna, which is why these are nice places for walking, bike and horse riding, motorcicling, climbing, floating, snorking, scoobadiving, windsurfing and of course swimming (3 km of gorgeous beaches, away from the crouds. hot sun and new places to explore, gives the freedom to every single person to find a personal paradise).
