Our beautiful home is exquisitely furnished to the highest standards and offers the utmost in comfort and luxury. As it is our own holiday home we take great care in ensuring that it is always tastefully decorated and kept in superb condition. oria is situated in picturesque Arbanija, a province of peninsula Čiovo on a hill which offers a stunning view of the Adriatic sea and the surrounding scenery. In the well groomed garden, decorated with a fountain, besides the view, our guests can enjoy serene atmosphere enriched with soothing scents of palms and Mediterranean herbs. A beautiful garden of 650m2 filled with palms, grapevine, lavender, magnolias and other Mediterranean herbs where our guests can relax and enjoy the sun. A joint terrace with a barbecue an 293a dining table for 14 persons is also at their disposal. Indoor amenities purport indoor pool, a wellness with sauna, and relaxing infrared-light cabin as well as tanning. Massage and various cosmetic treatments are provided on request. All accommodation utilities are equipped with air-conditioning systems, LCD TV-sets with cable programmes, wireless internet free of charge and a balcony or a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartments include a spacious living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dish-washer. On top of all, free private parking is provided on site. All guests can enjoy our indoor swimming pool, lounge area with professional coffee maker near the pool, sauna, aerobic equipment, spa zone with tanning bed, infrared cabin and massages and various cosmetic treatments that are provided on request. Due to its favourable location, our guests have everything within reach. Villa is only 100 m away from the beach which is also the distance to the nearest grocery. Also, nearby there is a restaurant offering famous Dalmatian and fish specialities. Among major localities, historic medieval city of Trogir , included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list, is only 5 km away. The centre of Dalmatia, town Split in whose heart is the remarkable Diocletian palace also included in the UNESCO's World Heritage List, is 34 km away. Besides the Split Fairy Port, the Split Airport is also in vicinity, only 10 km away from Villa. Across the bridge that connects Trogir with the island of Ciovo, 2.4 km driving along the beach in the shade of pine trees, you arrive in a small town, Arbanija, with only 500 inhabitants. Situated between Trogir and Slatine, Arbanija will offers their hospitality through variety of restaurants, taverns and cafes on the beach. Luxury penthouse apartment is spread across 185m2. It consists of 3 bedrooms, large open space area that includes kitchen with a bar, dining room and living room. It has 2 bathrooms, large terrace of 65 m2, and another small terrace on the side, both with stunning direct view of the Adriatic. Both apartments are identical, on the 1st and the 2nd floor of our villa. Each has a spacious bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dishwasher, water cooker, coffee maker, microwave, and a living room with a pull-out sofa suited for 1 adult or 2 children, and a balcony with sea view for a perfect breakfast.
