Naša kuća sa 2 velika apartmana na 3 kata nalazi se u Tučepi gornjoj u samom centru sela u podnožju planine Biokovo ispod nove atrakcije Skywalka odakle se pruža lijepi pogled na obalu i otoke. Udaljena je 5 minuta sa autom od Makarske( 3 km) .Ako želite uživati u miru i tišini okruženi lijepom prirodom, onda je ovo dobar izbor za korištenje vašeg godišnjeg odmora.

Kuća je okružena zelenilom, vrtovima i stablima sa postavljenim klupama i stolovima

Kuća ima prizemlje u kojoj stanuju domaćini, a prvi i drugi kat sa potkrovljem se iznajmljuju turistima. Moguć je smještaj 8 + 2 osobe u cijeloj kući. Prvi kat ima 2 sobe sa bračnim ležajem ( 2 +2 ) i ima mogućnost korištenja i boravka još 2 osobe na pomoćnom ležaju ( 70 m 2 ). Drugi kat ima veliki dnevni boravak i sobu za 2 osobe, a u vecem potkrovlju je druga soba za 2 osobe ( sve zajedno 130 m2 ).Na raspolaganju vam je i bazen 6 x 3 m na velikoj prostranoj kamenoj terasi, uz koji se nalazi i vanjski kamin za roštilj, unutarnji kamin, stol, stolice, ležaljke, suncobrani , kao i sva druga oprema.

Apartmani imaju WC, kupatila, klimu, kuhinju, dnevni boravak ,Tv, WI-fi ,balkone i sve ostalo. Posjedujemo mjesto za roštilj kao i veliki parking. Uzgajamo i piliće, guske a posjedujemo i njemačkog ovčara.Parking je odmah do kuce.

U selu 5 min ispod naše kuće se nalaze 3 prekrasna restorana, gdje možete kušati domaće specijalitete. Najbliži supermarket se nalazi 5 minuta sa autom od naše kuće.

Our house is positioned in Gornje Tučepi ( upper Tučepi) , in the center of village which is located at the very foot of the Biokovo mountain. It provides beautiful view of coast and islands. Distance from Makarska is 5 minutes with car.
This is a great place to visit if you love nature, peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees,benches and gardens. The hosts live in the ground floor of the house, the first and the second floor with loft are for rental. Holiday accommodation for up to 8 people + 2 auxiliary beds. The First Floor with fantastic view has 2 bathrooms (2+2) and guests have access for using living room and extra bed for 2. The second floor has a big living room and badroom for 2 and at the loft there is another badroom for 2. Apartment features bathrooms, kitchen, living room, TV, Wi fi, balconies, air condition and free parking. The house has a grill. There is also a 6 x 3 m pool on a large, spacious stone terrace, with an outdoor fireplace for a barbecue, a table, chairs, deck chairs, parasols, a fridge and all other equipment. Guests can relax in the garden at the property. We grow chickens,geese and we own a dog, german shepherd. 3 restaurants are located near our house and there you can try traditional food. Restaurants and the closest supermarket are located about a 5 minutes drive.

unser Haus liegt im Ortszentrum von Gornje Tučepi (“Ober-Tučepi”) unterhalb von Biokovo Gebiergen und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Küste und vorgelagerte Inseln. Es ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto von Makarska (4 km) Es ist eine schöne Umgebung, um Natur und Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus ist umgeben von schönen Bäumen, Sitzbänken und einem Garten. Der Gastgeber/Vermieter wohnt im Erdgeschoss; der erste Stock und der zweite Stock mit eigenem Loft (Dachgeschoss) ist zu vermieten. Es ist möglich, 8+2 Personen unterzubringen.
Das erste Stockwerk hat eine phantastische Aussicht. Es hat zwei Zimmer (2+2) und die Gäste haben Zugang zu einem Wohnzimmer und einem weiteren Zimmer für 2 Personen ( 70 m2 ).

Der zweite Stock hat ebenfalls ein grosses Wohnzimmer und ein Zimmer für 2 Personen; im Dachgeschoss (Loft) gibt es ein weiteres Zimmer für 2 Personen ( insgesamt 120 m2 )
Das Apartment verfügt über drei Badezimmer, Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, TV, Wi-Fi, Balkon, Klimaanlage, einen Grill und einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Gäste können sich im Garten entspannen.
Auf der großen Steinterrasse befindet sich auch ein Schwimmbad 6x3, Kamin zum Grillen im Freien, Tisch, Stühle, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Kühlschrank und alle anderen Geräte.
Wir haben Hühner, Gänse und einen deutschen Schäferhund. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es drei Restaurants, in denen man die regionale Küche probieren kann. In fünf Minuten Fahrzeit kann ein Supermarkt und weitere Restaurants erreicht werden. Um die Buchung zu gewahrleisten, muss eine Anzahlung von 30 % des Gesamtbetrages zu zahlen.

Our house is positioned in Gornje Tučepi ( upper Tučepi) , in the center of village which is located at the very foot of the Biokovo mountain. It provides beautiful view of coast and islands. Distance from Makarska is 5 minutes with car.
This is a great place to visit if you love nature, peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees,benches and gardens. The hosts live in the ground floor of the house, the first and the second floor with loft are for rental. Holiday accommodation for up to 8 people + 2 auxiliary beds. The First Floor with fantastic view has 2 bathrooms (2+2) and guests have access for using living room and extra bed for 2. The second floor has a big living room and badroom for 2 and at the loft there is another badroom for 2. Apartment features bathrooms, kitchen, living room, TV, Wi fi, balconies, air condition and free parking. The house has a grill. There is also a 6 x 3 m pool on a large, spacious stone terrace, with an outdoor fireplace for a barbecue, a table, chairs, deck chairs, parasols, a fridge and all other equipment. Guests can relax in the garden at the property. We grow chickens,geese and we own a dog, german shepherd. 3 restaurants are located near our house and there you can try traditional food. Restaurants and the closest supermarket are located about a 5 minutes drive. To ensure the reservation is required to pay a depositof 30 % of the total reservation. Our house is located in Tučepi upper in the center of the village at the foot of the mountain Biokovo with a beautiful view of the coast and islands. The house is surrounded by greenery, gardens and trees with benches and tables set up The house has a ground floor where the hosts live, and the first and second floor with the attic are rented out to tourists. It is possible to accommodate 8 plus 2 on extra bed in the house. The first floor has 2 rooms with double bed (2 plus 2) and has the possibility of using and staying 2 more people on extra bed (70 m 2). The second floor has a large living room and room for 2 people, and in the attic there is a second room for 2 people (all together 130 m2). There is also a 6 x 3 m swimming pool on the large spacious stone terrace, with an outdoor grill, indoor fireplace, table, chairs, deck chairs, parasols, as well as all other equipment.
