Holiday Home Emotion - Tuhelj is located on a plot of 1.300 m2. The house is spread over 3 floors: ground floor equipped with underfloor heating and fireplace, first floor and attic. The house has one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bathroom with shower and floor heating. The house is suitable for comfortable and luxurious accommodation for 4 people.
Beside of divine peace and incredible synergies with nature, this exceptional vacation home consists of a beautiful green garden with terraces giving an opulent view of magical sunrises and sunsets. The terrace is equipped with seating and dinning furniture.
From the main terrace you can step into the area of the ground floor through the two entrance doors. The ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with the bar, dining table and fireplace that provides pleasant warmth to the entire area. Ground floor is designed as a mono-space area with external communication to achieve the beauty and comfort of everyday living. Here you will be able to prepare many of hot meals, enjoy in hot coffee and beverages, taste the best meals and wines of Zagorje and enjoy with your loved ones. On the ground floor there is also bathroom with the heated floor and shower.
Wooden stairs connect the ground floor with the first floor where you will find comfortable living room with sofa and SAT LCD TV, relaxation area with fireplace. As well there is the terrace with the seating area with a divine view of the beautiful surrounding natural horizon.
As well, with wooden stairs you can reach the attic, a quiet sleeping oasis where with 2 bedrooms, one with the queen bed and the other with 2 separate single beds.

The house has a SAT SMART TV, WI-FI Internet, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with 2 electric plates, dishwasher, microwave / oven, water kettle, coffee / cappuccino machine, juicer, toaster, blender, mixer and cutlery. Holiday Home Emotion also has iron, ironing board, washing machine, vacuum cleaner.
We recommend the age limit of 5 as per well being and safety of younger children regarding the stairs and non en suite bedrooms though a cot or crib can be provided for children younger than 1 year old.
