Dear guests! Island of Vir is placed only 25 km from city of Zadar, and Zadar is good connected with other parts of Croatia and the world. Although is Vir an island, you don´t have to wait for ferry, because it is with a bridge connected with land. Apartments are between two small bays, on the very see-shore, rich of natural characteristics and untouched nature. Magnificent, mostly still untouched coast of Vir, abounds in small bays and sand beaches with crystal clear sea. You can find many places with shallow water which is ideal if you are on holiday with small children - they can carelessly play in it.People who love sea-depths will be attracted by stone-coast on the east part of the island, and the constant breeze will chere up sailers and surfers. Climate is very mild, in July with the temperature of 25 °C. The temperatures in January are about 7°C. The sun is shining yearly about 1450 hours - that is almost 300 days. Because of that, the island is destination that will please you, in and out of the season. Area of the island is only 22,3 km2 and that is the fact that offers you interesting possibilities, including sightseeing of the neighbouring touristic and historical destinations.
