Sretan Dan žena! 💙🌊

U Destini su žene oduvijek bile stup obitelji i posade, dio svakog putovanja, bilo na moru ili na kopnu. I dok svaka od njih igra važnu ulogu, postoje tri imena koja ćete najčešće čuti – one su srce našeg svakodnevnog rada, one koje nas drže na pravom kursu.

Destina ne bi bila ista bez Divne, koja svojom toplinom okuplja obitelj i zna da se sve najbolje rješava uz zajednički objed i šalicu turske kave. No, kao i more, ona zna biti britka kada je to potrebno – jer prava snaga dolazi iz ravnoteže.

Tu je i Nera, glas koji vas prvi dočeka i koji sa strpljenjem i pažnjom razumije svaku želju. Ona Destinu spaja s ljudima, pazeći da svaki putnik osjeti dobrodošlicu i sigurnost doma čak i na otvorenom moru.

A dok brodovi plove, netko mora paziti da sve na kopnu teče jednako glatko. Nives, čvrsta i pouzdana, sigurno navigava kroz birokratska mora, čuvajući red i ritam koji omogućuju da sve ostane na pravom kursu.

Njihova posvećenost, snaga i ljubav utkane su u svaki susret, svaku plovidbu i svaku priču Destine.

On the way to Krka, we’re preparing delicious Zaton mussels, known as "pidoće," in the traditional Dalmatian style – buzara – fresh from the sea! 🌊
The name of the dish dates back to the time of the Venetians, referring to the pot used on galleys to cook meals for the crew, called “busara” or “buzzara.”
The key to a perfect buzara lies in the short cooking time to preserve the fresh flavor of the mussels. First, the mussels are cleaned and rinsed, then added to a pot where finely chopped garlic and parsley have been sautéed in olive oil. As the mussels begin to open, a splash of white wine is added and allowed to simmer until it evaporates. Finally, breadcrumbs are stirred into the liquid to thicken it, and it’s cooked for just a few more minutes. Serve with fresh bread, and enjoy! 🍽️
