The family house consists of two separate beautiful apartments (first floor and attic), just 2.5 km from the old center of Zadar. It is located in a quiet part of the city with a beautiful panorama that allows for a peaceful vacation.

The comfortable and beautifully furnished apartment consists of a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room and living room open onto a furnished balcony with city views. Each apartment has two bedrooms. The first and second rooms have large beds and wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.

A beautifully landscaped garden with a swimming pool and outdoor shower invites you to relax. You can use the shared terrace and there is also a barbecue in the garden. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house.

The apartments are ideal for families with two children. Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The apartments are conveniently located for exploring the entire region. Excursions to Kornati are organized daily. It is possible to organize day trips to the Paklenica, Krka and Plitvice National Parks.

Holiday home Fortica is located in Stošići, near the Pag Bridge. The house is ideal for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room. The kitchen has all utensils for eating and drinking, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (filter). There are shower cubicles in the bathroom. We also have a washing machine. Both rooms have a double bed (160x200). In the living room there is a large sofa where you can relax with a plasma TV. The house has WiFi signal and air conditioning. In front of the house there is an 80 m² terrace with beautiful views of the sea and islands, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Behind the house there is a fenced 80 m² terrace where you can relax with views of the mountains. There is also a barbecue, seating and loungers. The beach is 400 m from the house, suitable for children and the elderly, a combination of small pebbles. Parking spaces for our guests are located in front of the house. In the village of Ražanac, 5 km from the house, there are shops, a clinic, a pharmacy and a market. For guests looking for adventure and action, jet skis, speedboats or quads can be rented there.
There are 4 restaurants and cafes near the house in Miletići, and there is also the unmissable attraction Paški Most. For nature lovers, the Paklenica National Park, a 45-minute drive away, is a wonderful place. Zadar, Pag and Nin are interesting historical towns 30 minutes drive from the house, as is Zadar airport.

Das Ferienhaus Fortica befindet sich in Stošići, in der Nähe der Pag-Brücke. Das ganze Haus ist vermietet. Das Haus ist ideal für 4 Personen. Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer. Die Küche verfügt über alle Utensilien zum Essen und Trinken, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine (Filter). Im Badezimmer gibt es Duschkabinen. Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine. Beide Zimmer verfügen über ein Doppelbett (160x200). Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein großes Sofa, auf dem Sie mit einem Plasma-TV entspannen können. Das Haus verfügt über WLAN-Signal und Klimaanlage. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine 80 m² große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die Inseln, auf der Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen können. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine umzäunte 80 m² große Terrasse, auf der Sie mit Blick auf die Berge entspannen können Es gibt auch einen Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühle. Der Strand ist 400 m vom Haus entfernt, geeignet für Kinder und ältere Menschen, eine Kombination aus kleinen Kieselsteinen. Parkplätze für unsere Gäste befinden sich vor dem Haus. Im 5 km vom Haus entfernten Dorf Ražanac gibt es Geschäfte, eine Klinik, eine Apotheke und einen Markt. Für Gäste, die Abenteuer und Action suchen, können dort Jetskis, Schnellboote oder Quads gemietet werden.
In der Nähe des Hauses in Miletići gibt es 4 Restaurants und Cafés, und es gibt auch die unumgängliche Attraktion Paški Most. Für Naturliebhaber ist der 45 Autominuten entfernte Nationalpark Paklenica ein wunderbarer Ort. Zadar, Pag und Nin sind interessante historische Städte, 30 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt, ebenso wie der Flughafen Zadar.

Kuća za odmor Fortica nalazi se u mjestu Stošići, u blizini Paškog mosta. Kuća se cijela iznajmljuje. Kuća je idealna je za 4 osobe. Ima 2 spavaće sobe, dvije kupaone, kuhinju, blagavaonu ,dnevni boravak. U kuhinji se nalazi sav pribor za jelo i piće, mikrovalna pećnica, obična pećnica, ploča za kuhanje, frižider, lednica,perilica suđa, kuhalo za vodu, toster, aparat za kuhanje kave (filter). U kupaoni se nalaze tuš kabine. Imamo i perilicu rublja. Obe sobe imaju bračni krevet (160x200). U dnevnom boravku je velika sofa u kojoj se možete opustiti uz plazma televizor. Kuća ima wifi signal i klimu. Ispred kuće je 80m2 terase sa prekrasnim pogledom na more i otoke gdje možete uživati u jutarnjoj kavi, a iza kuće se nalazi ograđena terasa 80m2 gdje se možete opustiti u pogledu na planine.Tu se nalazi i roštilj, sjedeća garnitura i ležaljke. Plaža je udaljena 400 m od kuće, prikladna je za djecu i starije, kombinacija sitnih kamenčića. Parking za naše goste nalazi se ispred kuće. U mjestu Ražanac 5 km od kuće nalaze se trgovine, ambulanta, ljekarna i tržnica, a za goste željne avanture i akcije, tamo se može iznajmiti jet ski, gliser ili quad.
U blizini kuće u Miletićima se nalaze 4 restorana i kafići a tu je i nezaobilazni Paški most kao atrakcija. Za ljubitelje prirode, prekrasno mjesto za posjet je Nacionalni park Paklenica udaljen 45 minuta vožnje automobilom. Zadar, Pag i Nin su zanimljivi povijesni gradovi udaljeni 30 minuta autom od kuće kao i Zračna luka Zadar.

Obiteljska kuća se sastoji od dva odvojena prekrasna stana (prvi kat i potkrovlje), samo 2,5 km od stare jezgre Zadra. Nalazi se u mirnom dijelu grada s prekrasnom panoramom koja omogućava miran odmor.

Udoban i lijepo uređen apartman sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, blagovaonice i potpuno opremljene kuhinje. Iz blagovaonice i dnevnog boravka izlazi se na namješteni balkon s pogledom na grad. Svaki apartman ima dvije spavaće sobe. Prva i druga soba imaju velike krevete i ormare. Kupaonica je opremljena perilicom rublja.

Lijepo uređen vrt s vrtom, bazenom i vanjskim tušem poziva na opuštanje. Možete koristiti zajedničku terasu, au vrtu se nalazi i roštilj. Ispred kuće su dostupna besplatna parkirna mjesta.

Apartmani su idealni za obitelji s dvoje djece. Svaki apartman može primiti maksimalno 5 osoba. Apartmani su povoljno smješteni za istraživanje cijele regije. Svakodnevno se organiziraju izleti na Kornate. Moguće je organizirati jednodnevne izlete u Nacionalne parkove Paklenica, Krka i Plitvice.

About Zrmanja

Zrmanja begins its 69-kilometer journey in the southern part of the Plješevica mountain. On its way to the Novigrad Sea, into which it flows, it passes through narrow valleys and a magnificent 200-meter deep canyon. It is a typical karst river - it has numerous waterfalls and strong rapids, which makes it an ideal river for wild water sports.
Rafting enthusiasts have called it the beauty and the beast, because, during high water levels, it is one of the best rivers for rafting in this part of Europe. On the other hand, Zrmanja, with its tributary Krupa, is calm and peaceful during the summer, and gently carries visitors through the enchanting landscape.

Zrmanja is often called a hidden beauty because of its location and difficult access. There are only two ways to get to know its beauties - by rowing in its upper course, or by boat in its lower course.
